Plea of mitigation in response to speeding summons (Scotland)

This letter can be used by a person who has received a summons to appear before a Justice of the Peace Court to answer a speeding charge. The letter informs the court that the person wishes to plead guilty by post to avoid having to attend at court on the date indicated in the summons.
