Grievance appeal letter

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of a grievance meeting you can use this letter to request an appeal meeting. The letter allows you to set out the grounds of your appeal and requests that your appeal meeting be dealt with by a different manager than the one who originally dealt with your grievance meeting. Please note that this letter is only suitable for use where the grievance relates to an event which took place on or after 6 April 2009 and can only be used in England, Wales and Scotland only.
