I'm writing to thank you for the excellent service. I was very worried and anxious about the prospect of producing a legal document myself and seriously wondered whether I would find myself spending more money by needing a solicitor as well! However, I have to say that the service has been excellent ... I was able to assemble the document with no problems ... I have saved myself over £200 on the price quoted by a local solicitor.

I would like to congratulate you on a first class initiative and top quality service web site. Having set-up and run several companies both in the UK and overseas I have for a long time battled with Solicitors and Accountants on their fee structure for drafting what are essentially standard documents. Earlier this week I met with a local solicitor and was quoted between £1000-£1500 plus VAT for the drafting of several agreements such as Directors Service Agreement, Acknowledgements of Debts and Shareholders Agreements - all essential in the establishment of a new Company I have formed.

A colleague recommended I took a look at your site and I was very impressed - the site was easy to use, guided me through the key issues I needed to address and the end result was then edited and changed to the satisfaction of all parties involved. Not only did this save me well over £1000 pounds but it also meant the job was drafted, amended and finished in a tenth of the time it would have taken a third party to complete the work - when starting a new business this is equally as valuable as the cost saving.
